Waratah Medical partners with TOT for print solution
TOT has updated a local medical business with a fleet of printers and multifunctions.
Waratah Medical Services at Morisset and Cooranbong were using another print supplier but after hearing how we were assisting another local medical centre they invited us in for a meeting. We took the time to listen and ask questions and our sales team were successful in winning the business.
This is what Craig had to say about his experience with T O Technology:
“We recently replaced our printers and copiers. T O Technology put the time in with us to understand our needs. They provided a solution that others couldn’t. Our Doctors need a four-tray paper feed, and T O Technology offered trays that were half size, meaning the printer with the four trays below was a good height and not too tall. The installation went smoothly, they had 3 staff on site testing and listening. The changeover went smoothly, and the printers have been running without a hitch for 6 months.
